SURREY SADDLES

 

Surrey Saddles was set up by Helen Newey who is the authorised agent for Surrey for Enlightened Equitation’s range of Fhoenix flexible saddles. It offers a friendly service and gives horse owners and riders the opportunity to try out the saddles in the comfort of their own yard.

 

Helen has been involved with horses since childhood and has her own horse, Sam, a rather opinionated chestnut IDxTB. Sam has been in and out of work for the last eight months and he is the type of horse that closes down if he feels any restriction to his shoulders or back. So Helen was searching for a saddle that would be comfortable and allow for his constantly changing shape and muscle tone.

Eventually she discovered the Enlightened Equitation Fhoenix saddle and was delighted with the results. Sam immediately took to the Fhoenix Suberpanel, he could move extremely freely and he found it kept his rider in the right position! Helen was so impressed she subsequently went on the Enlightened Equitation Fhoenix saddle course and is now the authorised agent for the Surrey area.
