HOW A CONSULTATION WORKS
Fhoenix saddles have very different features to conventional treed saddles which is why Enlightened Equitation prefer to appoint agents to carry out consultations. Personal consultations ensure that these differences can be explained properly, the saddle can be checked and tried on the horse and any additional questions can be answered.
The consultation works like this:

- The Fhoenix Prolite and the Fhoenix Suberpanel, together with leathers, girths, saddle cloths and pads will be brought to you and your horse.
- Your horse, your activities and any isssues will be discussed. The saddles will be placed on your horse to check the fit together with any necessary pads and/or saddlecloths.

You will then be able to try one or both of the saddles for yourself and obviously ask all the questions you want to.

You will also be advised of the necessary accessories (girths, leathers etc) you might need to purchase if you choose to buy a Fhoenix saddle.
A call-out charge and travel costs will be charged for the consultation but there is no obligation to buy.
The saddle retails at £1,095 (including VAT). If you choose to purchase one, the order can be taken on the day or it can be completed by phone or e mail. Once the saddle is ordered you will be given an estimated delivery date. Please note, however, that delivery time may be subject to change and if this is the case, you will be informed.
